What if Jack was actually a time traveler? Hear me out on this one! We all know that the Titanic was a doomed ship, destined to sink on its maiden voyage. But what if Jack was actually a time traveler who was sent back in time to try and prevent the disaster from happening?
Think about it. He shows up out of nowhere, with seemingly no past or future. He's able to win a ticket to the ship in a game of cards, and seems to know just what to do at every turn. He's always one step ahead of the disaster, guiding Rose to safety and ultimately sacrificing himself to save her.
Maybe he was sent back in time for a reason, and that reason was to make sure Rose survived the disaster. By ensuring her survival, he may have actually changed the course of history.
Now, this is just a theory, but it adds a whole new level of intrigue to Jack's character, doesn't it? It's a wild and entertaining idea, but it's not entirely implausible, given the fact that he seems to possess an almost otherworldly knowledge of what's to come. Who knows, maybe Jack was actually a time traveler after all !
